Why am I prompted to subscribe to Premium service when I already have a subscription?

If Users with a Premium subscription are being prompted to subscribe when viewing premium content, their subscription may have expired or been canceled.

    Have tried all of my credit cards but am unable to log in. Have been a subscriber for at least 6 months. Last amount taken from my account was in April.

    I'm having a similar issue. I'm being told my CC was denied but it hasn't changed in over a year so why is there an issue now and why wasn't I contacted/notified about the issue?
